She has overcome burnout and now want to help you to do the same!
The Creator of Burnout To Bliss and Founder of the Alpharetta Wellness Collective a space for healing the mind, body, and spirit.
She holds advanced certifications in functional medicine, nutrition, soft tissue therapies, movement techniques, cupping, kinesiotaping, and more.
In addition to chiropractic care for humans and animals, she is a 200hr RYT (yoga teacher) and Live Your Dharma Life Coach. When she is not practicing, she loves exploring the outdoors, yoga, riding horses, and swimming in the sea.Â
